1. What this site is

ClearHOCl is a free, English-language information site about hypochlorous acid (HOCl) face mists as cosmetics. Nothing is sold here, there are no accounts, and reading it costs nothing.

2. Cosmetics education only

The pages are general cosmetics education. They don't take account of your skin, your health or your circumstances, and nothing on this site is medical advice. For any skin or health concern, please speak to a pharmacist or doctor.

Always read and follow the label of any product you use. Where a label and this site differ, follow the label.

3. No warranties

We work to keep the pages accurate, and we date the facts that change, such as delivery countries. Even so, the site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind: we don't promise that it is complete, up to date or free of errors, or that it will always be available.

Brands and shops change their ingredients, prices and delivery countries. Check the details with the seller before you buy.

As far as the law allows, we accept no liability for loss or damage that results from using or relying on this site. Nothing in these terms takes away rights that the law gives you and that cannot be excluded.

4. Third-party products and links

The products mentioned here are made and sold by other companies. If you buy one, your contract is with the seller: price, delivery, returns and product questions are matters between you and them.

Links to other websites are there for your convenience. We don't control those websites and are not responsible for their content, their claims or their privacy practices.

No link on this site is an affiliate link today, and we earn nothing from any link. If that changes, the page concerned will say so above the links.

5. We are not the manufacturer or the Responsible Person

We don't manufacture, import, distribute or sell any product. We are not the manufacturer of any product mentioned on this site, nor its “Responsible Person” under EU cosmetics rules, nor an agent or representative of any brand.

Questions about a product's composition, labelling or claims should go to the company named on its pack.

6. Independent editorial policy

• We decide what to write and what to list. Nobody pays to be included, and no brand sees or approves a page before it is published.
• We describe products by facts — what the label says and where they can be delivered — and we don't repeat a brand's benefit claims.
• We have not tested the products ourselves, and the site says so wherever it matters.
• If the site ever earns money from a link, that will be disclosed above the link before it appears, and it will not change how a product is described.

7. Using our content

The text and design of this site belong to its publisher. You are welcome to link to any page and to quote short passages with a credit and a link. Please don't republish whole pages or present them as your own.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the site develops. The date at the top shows when they last changed; the version on this page is the one that applies.
